My Experience I have been a Developer and then Lead Developer at IDF for the last 6 years. My experience includes creating large software projects from Inception to Deployment. I have had some experience as a substitute Development Team Leader, and plan to do this on a more permanent basis on my next job. In addition, I have been a part-time entrepreneur for the last year, working on one software project, including recruiting and managing people via RentACoder. Education I have completed a B.A at Technion with a 91.7 GPA. I am currently finishing my masters degree at Technion (current GPA 88.9, but rising... :). My Current Goals: Help make Delver a kick-ass company!
